These terms govern access to and use of the website operated at zidotu.info by Zidotu, based at Feliksa Nowowiejskiego 39, Poznań, Poland, and the general conditions under which the training program described on this website is offered. Specific arrangements for a given cohort, referred to here as the Program Agreement, are confirmed separately in writing and take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
Content on this website, including descriptions of modules, formats and pricing, is provided for informational purposes. It describes how the training program is generally structured and does not constitute a binding offer capable of acceptance until confirmed in a Program Agreement. Prices shown are indicative starting points and may vary based on scope confirmed during onboarding.
The website may be used by any visitor for informational browsing. Submitting the contact form requires that the information provided be accurate. Zidotu reserves the right to decline an inquiry or a Program Agreement at its own discretion, for example if requested scheduling cannot be accommodated.
Text, templates, diagrams and other material presented during the training program, including anything shared as part of a written playbook, remain the intellectual property of Zidotu unless a Program Agreement states otherwise. Participants may use provided templates internally within their own organization but may not resell or redistribute training material as a standalone product without prior written permission. This is referred to as the Training Material.
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions for a confirmed cohort are set out in the applicable Program Agreement. In the absence of a specific term, requests to reschedule a live session are handled on a reasonable-efforts basis and are not guaranteed to be accommodated within the original timeframe.
Nothing on this website should be read as a guarantee of any particular business outcome, reduction in meeting volume, or improvement in team communication. The training program provides instruction, exercises and templates; how a team applies them afterward is outside our control.
To the extent permitted under Polish law, Zidotu's liability arising from use of this website or participation in the training program is limited to direct damages and, in relation to a specific program instance, does not exceed the fee paid for that instance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for intentional misconduct.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising from these terms that cannot be resolved amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the seat of Zidotu, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
These terms may be updated periodically. Changes apply to future Program Agreements and do not retroactively alter terms already confirmed in writing for an ongoing program.
